teen sports and mentoring
About Us
Since 2016, ImPossible has been dedicated to providing mentorship and sports programs to the youth of Central Texas and the largest U.S. military base. Many of our teenagers face unique challenges, experiencing inconsistency during crucial growth phases due to parents departing for war, deployment, and the field, leading to continuously shifting circumstances. ImPossible Teen Campus aims to address this by offering a nurturing environment that fosters development and provides much-needed continuity. Our core pillars – education, entrepreneurship, and sports – form the foundation of our program. Teens participate in training sessions covering 21st-century skills such as coding, e-commerce, website development, S.T.E.M., and more, empowering them with practical life skills.
At the heart of our mission lies the spirit of Oveta Culp Hobby, a trailblazing figure who epitomized leadership, Health, Education, and Welfare. Her legacy inspires us to continue our work in empowering young minds and fostering resilience.
In March 2024, we reached a significant milestone by acquiring a new facility, poised to open its doors on June 1, 2024. This expansion marks a new chapter for ImPossible, allowing us to reach even more teens and provide them with the support and resources they need to thrive. Join us in shaping the future of our teens and building a community where every teenager can reach their full potential.”
ImPossible Teen Campus will give them a setting that nurtures their development and aid in establishing some continuity. The three pillars of ImPossible are Health, Education, and Welfare. Teens attend training sessions in 21st-century jobs like coding, e-commerce, website development, S.T.E.M., etc. Our program offers teenagers a safe space to explore their interests and learn practical life skills.
Culture: B.G.O.P. We live by the philosophy, mantra, and ideal known as “Be Great On Purpose.” No matter where they are or what they are doing, we advise our teenagers to give it their all at that time purposefully. Encouraging our young people to take the first step and exercise courage while learning. “You don’t have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great,” or “F.A.I.L. first attempt in learning.”
Vantonio Fraley
FOUNDER
Vantonio was inspired to start ImPossible Paradigm Shifters to support teen activities in the Killeen, Harker Heights, and Fort Hood area (Now Ft. Cavazos).
The children living in his neighborhood called him Uncle Van. The children of his friends were just as drawn to him as Uncle Van. He always made an impression on “troubled” teenagers. In 2011, he started the process of establishing a teen center by utilizing his innate ability to influence teenagers, his desire to become a teacher, and his dream.
As a military child growing up in Frankfurt, Germany, the youth center had a significant impact on his life and motivated him to want to create.
