We’re back for Part 2 of our “Build the Dream” mission, and we’re almost there! On Saturday, April 26th at 10AM, we’ll be powering through the last critical upgrades needed to open the ImPossible Teen Club.
Certificate of Occupancy Checklist
Electrical
• Install 6 exit signs over all exits
• Conceal the wiring in the appropriate casing
• Install 4 safety lights
• Include front light with camera
• Complete all required wiring
Windows & Painting
• Repair broken window 10inch (w) X 32inch (L)
• Sand and paint exterior (need to purchase white exterior paint)
• Paint interior walls as needed
• Use existing 5-gallon white interior paint
• Use available rollers
Bathroom Renovation
• Remove existing shower
• Install 1–2 toilets
• Consider adding urinal
• Move the sink to the outside wall
Exterior
• Install side paneling
